At Mapleseedz, we strive to ensure our customers feel valued and secure in their subscriptions. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines below:

1. Account Cancellation.

To cancel your Mapleseedz account, you must notify us via email at least 30 days before the end of your subscription term. Once your account is canceled, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. Ensure you are certain about your decision to cancel, as data deletion is irreversible.

2. Subscription Renewal.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. You can upgrade or downgrade your service level at any time, but please note that we do not offer refunds for changes in service levels.

3. No Refund for Unused Periods.

If you discontinue using our services before the end of your subscription term, we will not provide a refund for any unused portion of the term.

4. Service Modifications.

Mapleseedz reserves the right to modify or terminate our services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

5. Fraudulent Activity.

If we suspect fraudulent activity related to your account, we may suspend or terminate your access. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized removal of our branding or other forms of fraud.

6. Mid-Month Cancellations.

Please note that no refunds are offered for plans canceled mid-month.

30-Day No-Obligation Cancellation

Mapleseedz offers a 30-day no-obligation cancellation policy for new customers. This period begins immediately upon activation of your account and is only applicable to new subscribers. Existing customers with active subscriptions are not eligible. The no-obligation period does not apply to customers who previously had a subscription, canceled, and then reactivated.

During the 30-day period, you may cancel your account and receive a full refund. After this period, you will be automatically enrolled in the selected payment plan, which may include monthly, half-yearly, or yearly options with associated discounts.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Mapleseedz charges for our SaaS services in advance. All services are non-refundable. Upon selecting a subscription plan and providing payment details, a pro-rated amount will be calculated, with the first payment due upon purchase.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on the original purchase date until officially canceled in writing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the product interface.

You will receive an email confirmation when your subscription is canceled. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, quarters, or years of service.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by tax authorities. You are responsible for any additional charges related to taxes or other fees.

The fees charged for our services do not include phone, internet access, or data transmission costs. Any currency conversion charges are based on your agreement with your payment provider and are your responsibility.

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. Note that we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.

If we refuse or cancel a subscription, a prorated refund for the remaining days of the subscription period will be provided.

These policies apply to all Mapleseedz SaaS services unless otherwise specified.
